• Location Data: We collect your precise location data (GPS coordinates) when you select "Use Current Location" to accurate pinpoint your delivery address, calculate delivery charges, and verify service availability in your area.
• Delivery Information: Physical addresses, landmarks, and alternate contact numbers saved for order fulfillment.
• Order History: Details of your past purchases and preferences.
• Device Information: Device ID, OS version, and network status to ensure app stability and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Order Fulfillment: To pack and deliver your grocery orders to the correct location.
• Communication: To send order updates (e.g., "Out for Delivery"), OTPs for login, and important service alerts.
• Customer Support: To resolve issues related to your orders or account.
• Safety & Security: To detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.

3. Payment Data

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway partner. Vakamart does not store your debit card, credit card, or net banking credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are processed securely through Razorpay's encrypted infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share necessary data with:

• Delivery Partners: Your name, phone number, and address are shared with our delivery personnel solely to fulfill your order.
• Razorpay: Transaction details required to process your payments.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law enforcement or to protect our legal rights.

5. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data.

How to request deletion: Since our app manages physical order history for legal/tax purposes, please email us at support@vakamart.com with the subject "Delete Account". We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days, retaining only transaction records required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

Vakamart is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
